We’re launching role-based permissions for sensitive pay data in Wrapbook. This gives you more control over who can view worker rates and gross pay totals, so teams can share and approve timecards and records without exposing compensation details.
Under Company Settings > Payroll and Finances > Worker Rates and Payment Info, company admins (or any user with permissions to edit company settings) can choose from 3 options when configuring custom roles:
When info is not visible due to permission settings, users will see “$XX.XX”
Note: This only applies to NEW custom roles. Existing standard or custom roles will not be affected.
Workers can now access and download an earnings report in either CSV or PDF format.
The report will reflect the criteria set by the selected filters.
To download, workers should navigate to Payments, select worker type and payment type, and click Download.
To learn more, visit How to see your year-to-date (YTD) earnings.
