Tax forms, I-9s, and other startwork documents can now be downloaded for individual workers or groups of workers instead of for the entire crew. Download what you need without having to do an extra search for worker specific documents outside of Wrapbook. 

To start, click Documents from a project's dashboard and Download next to the document you need. From there, select the workers you want to download startwork for.

You can define meal penalties for non-union workers in different cities when creating a project. 

When setting up a project, define the meal penalty settings for each location added to the project. Once work locations are added, select your desired non-union meal setting from the dropdown. Choose from: California meal settings, Deductible meals, or Paid meals.

We’ve updated the Project Dashboard to provide instant visibility into outstanding tasks related to Onboarding & verification, timecards, and payroll.

Get alerts about:

• Overdue I-9 verifications
• Workers not onboarded after 7 days or longer from their start date
• Timecards pending approval for 7+ days
• Payrolls that have remained unpaid for 5 or more days

Look for the red exclamation point within each card and click on the line item to view more detail.

Stay in the know even when you’re not in Wrapbook. Our weekly digest email for unsubmitted timecards and timecards ready for payroll or approval can be sent to you on a daily basis instead of just weekly, and our weekly digest email for timecards, expenses, and purchase order approvals can be sent to you on an immediate, daily, or weekly basis. 

To update your notification settings, click your name on the bottom left hand corner of the page and select Notification settings.

We’re making it easier to manage your crew’s work locations in Wrapbook. If you add a work location during a shoot or need to assign an existing location to multiple workers, you can now make those changes in bulk. Instead of updating work locations on-by-one for every worker, get time back in your day updating for multiple workers at once.

We’re excited to announce that you can now create and print QR codes from Wrapbook that workers can scan to onboard to a project. Posting a QR code on set reminds workers to onboard before beginning work and streamlines onboarding by eliminating the need for workers to search in their inboxes for a project invite email.

To create your first QR code click People from the left-hand navigation and click Invite via QR. For additional information, check out our help center article.
