As of November 5th, users who have the role of Project Coordinator or Company Manager now have the ability to prepare a payroll (but still cannot fund the payroll). Preparing a payroll means selecting the payable items to batch into a payroll and calculating the required taxes. 

Once a payroll is created and is ready for review, the fund button will be disabled for that user until a user with Company Admin role reviews the payroll and hits the 'Fund Payroll' button.

The following screenshot demonstrates the disabled button that users with the Project Coordinator or Company Manager role will see on the 'Payroll Funding' screen. Company admins will have this button enabled to complete payment to workers. 

To help production admins easily manage projects we've added the ability to send task reminders to multiple people at once. To do this, visit the People page within projects. After you've selected the group of individuals, a new dropdown menu appears with reminder types to choose from:

• Submit timecards
• Submit expenses
• Submit invoices
• Complete onboarding

Once you choose a reminder type, a confirmation box appears to send all reminders. Additionally, an alert appears if any reminders were already sent within the last 24hrs.

Take it for a test drive...

On the People screen within a project, you can now select multiple people 

Select - Send reminders to... and choose from Onboarding, Timecard, Expenses and Invoices

A confirmation box allows you to see how many people you'll be sending a reminder to and if you've already reminded anyone in that last within the last 24hrs.

We've added exports for NEED Financial Services and Acumatica. To export you can go to any payroll and choose from the options in under Payroll Log.

• To ensure the fringes are included, it's best to access them after the first step of running a payroll (after "Go to Review").
• Sections A, B, G, within the export, refer to sections in the AICP Bid form.

We are happy to introduce product updates! Starting today all of our new product updates and releases will be shared here so you can stay in the loop on what's new in Wrapbook. Product announcements are available to all company admins, managers, and coordinators.

New updates will show in the profile menu or lower left side of the screen displays, indicated by a red dot. When you click into the profile menu and choose "What's new" a pop-up window will display the most recent updates.
